• Your Organization: Managers and administrators within your company account have access to rep-level performance data.

8. TCPA Compliance & Communications Consent

• Consent Authorization: Your consent to receive SMS and phone calls is separate from your email consent and is valid until you revoke it.
• Wireless Carrier Rates: Standard SMS and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. AI Nexus is not responsible for carrier charges.

• Opt-Out Timeline: We will process opt-out requests within 30 days of receipt.
• Do Not Call Registry: We respect the National Do Not Call Registry and honor opt-out preferences within the required timeframe.
• Timing Restrictions: We will not send promotional SMS messages outside 8 AM–9 PM in your local timezone without explicit permission.
